Elements of cardamon, vanilla bean, fennel pollen, and chamomile meld while lime flower and fresh fir tips linger on the nose. There is a tropical undertone that freshens the mouth and leads into flavors of starfruit, fresh honeydew and golden delicious apples. The spicy nature of the wine is smooth on the palate and leaves a lingering hint of lime zest.
