An elegant blend of 60% Old Vine Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Gewurztraminer, this wine, expertly choreographed from grape to bottle by winemaker Phillip Baxter, offers a sophisticated vibrancy with excellent balance. On the palate, bright grapefruit marries with gentle hints of white peach and citrus blossom. Fresh, soft florals add delicate perfume and grace, while nuances of marmalade on the mid-palate contribute additional depth and complexity to the mouthfeel. Stone-fruit and barely-ripe strawberry share a lively dance on the lingering mineral finish.
